Bromford Group have been awarded a 'One Star - First Class' accreditation by Best Companies. This acknowledges the Group's commitment in encouraging all colleagues to reach their full potential and to feel that their opinions really do count.
The accreditation is only awarded to organisations that can demonstrate colleague engagement, excellent workplace practices and great leadership as defined by its own colleagues. This year 434 organisations registered for star status and 273 achieved accreditation, with only 124 in the UK achieving one star.
This is a really exciting time to join Bromford Group as we have recently formed a Group structure.
