As Housing Manager you’ll be responsible for a number of properties.
Visiting customers in their homes, you’ll resolve a variety of estate and tenancy issues, taking responsibility for rent recovery and
letting empty properties.
From working closely with other agencies and communities, we want you to enhance pride and confidence. Although preferable, housing
experience is not essential. Motivated and forward-thinking, you’ll be able to demonstrate a well organised, common sense approach to
problem solving. You’ll be flexible with excellent customer service skills.
