The purpose of this role is to provide housing related support to vulnerable people in their own homes. You will work with individuals on a one to one basis to draw up individual support plans, this could include:
•Guidance surrounding benefits claims
•Advising on managing finances
•Helping to report repairs
•Assisting in booking appointments
•Enabling independent living
•We do not offer any personal care, however you will assist our customers in arranging this via agencies that can offer this service.
Previous experience in a Support Worker role is not required; we are more interested in your positive attitude, integrity, initiative and your approach to delivering excellent customer service.
